Welcome to eSIM.org. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website esim.org and the eSIM.org mobile application (the "Service"), operated by eSimGlobalAuthority Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By downloading our app or accessing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
eSimGlobalAuthority Ltd. provides device diagnostic utilities, eSIM network compatibility testing, and acts as an intermediary or provider for global mobile data profiles. We do not manufacture smartphone hardware, nor do we directly own physical telecommunications towers.
User Responsibility: It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your mobile device is carrier-unlocked and technically compatible with eSIM technology before purchasing or activating a data plan through our app.
No Refunds for Locked Devices: eSimGlobalAuthority Ltd. cannot bypass carrier locks. We are not liable, and cannot offer refunds, if you purchase an eSIM profile for a device that is locked to a specific mobile network.
Local Network Variations: Data speeds, coverage, and network quality (e.g., 5G, 4G, LTE) vary depending on the local roaming partner country and regional infrastructure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free network coverage.
Fair Usage Policy (FUP): Certain data plans may be subject to local carrier fair usage limits. If excessive data usage impacts network stability, the local carrier reserves the right to temporarily reduce network speed.
Digital Delivery: eSIM profiles are delivered digitally and instantly via the app upon successful payment.
Refund Eligibility: Because eSIM profiles are single-use digital assets, refunds can only be issued if a technical defect on our server side prevents the profile from being generated or activated, and our support team is unable to resolve it within 48 hours.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, eSimGlobalAuthority Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from a loss of mobile connectivity, including but not limited to missed flights, inability to access navigation apps, or lost business revenue.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which eSimGlobalAuthority Ltd. is legally registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
